Great Boomer product. Get your work-out at home and forget the cost of going to a fitness gym. In 15 – 20 minutes you can get your resistance training and cardio workout. I have used mine for almost two years now to keep myself fit. Perfect home product for men and women. Here is another great way for Boomers to stay in shape. Use a quality treadmill or elliptical to compliment your workout on the Total Gym. OK, so now you’re blogging. Congratulations. Now you need to send out additional information (new announcements, newsletters, product information, etc) to your readers.
